Enabling processes

  1. Select Modules > Consolidation > Processes.
  2. Click the tab of the type of process to enable.
    To enable custom processes, see "Registering and enabling custom processes".
  3. In the Enabled column of the list of processes, select the check box of the processes to enable.
  4. Select additional properties as required.
    For the Debt and Expenditure/Revenue processes, these additional properties and values are available:
    • Number of journals per company-intercompany relation
      • One
      • Two
    • Target for Differences

      If you selected One as the number of journals per company-intercompany relation, these options are available:

      • According to the account value
      • External

      If you selected Two as the number of journals per company-intercompany relation, these options are available:

      • According to the account value
      • Intercompany Relation
      • Company
      • External
    • Consolidation Basis
      • Adjusted entity data
      • Adjusted entity data including carry forward
      • Consolidated Balance Sheet
      Note: The additional property of Consolidation Basis is also available for the Capital processes.
  5. Click Save.
