Attachment limitations

In workbooks, on the Overview tab, you can add up to ten attachments. Within the commentary function of the Data Entry tab, you can add up to ten attachments per account.

In multi-tenant environments, the maximum size of the attached file is 512 MB.

In single tenant environments, the maximum size of the attached file is 128 MB. If required, you can increase the maximum size of the attachment file to 1.5 GB through Service Expert.

Segment elements limitations

When you copy a version in the configuration set definition that has all three segments activated, you might experience performance issues. We recommend that you do not create a segment matrix that contains over 1,000,000 element combinations.

Note: If, for example, each segment contains 1,000 elements, activating two segments creates a matrix of 1,000,000 combinations. Activating all three segments with 1,000 elements each, exceeds the recommended limit.

Numeric input limitations and rounding

The maximum number of digits before and after the decimal point is 14. If that number is exceeded, the input is rounded to fit the 14 digits.
