Creation and modification properties

With the creation and modification properties, you can view who created or modified the Report Catalog objects and when that happened. This helps to keep track of changes and maintain your reports.

You can view the properties of these Report Catalog objects:

Reports
Report folders
Styles sheets
Style sheets folders
Report templates
Report templates folders

When you select a Report Catalog object, these properties are displayed in the Advanced section of the Properties pane:

Last Modified By
Modification Date
Created By
Creation Date
Checked-out by

Those properties are read-only. The Modification Date and Creation Date properties are displayed in your local date format. For objects that have not been checked in yet, the Last Modified By and Modification Date properties are blank.
