Printing a single report

How you print a single report depends on whether you want to print only the current view of the data or multiple views of the data.

To print multiple views of the data in a single report, you must use the print wizard.

To print only the current view of the data, select File > Print. Or, use the print wizard and select Current Selection when you specify the print range.
