Defining the number format

Define the number format for a calculation to ensure that the report's calculation values are displayed with the correct number format without having to format the cells manually. The number format is applied automatically in Ad-hoc Report and Excel Integration reports.

  1. Select a calculation.
  2. Open the Properties pane.
  3. In the Format String field, specify the required number format. Use a Microsoft Office format string.
    Note: To define the number format, use the English format string regardless of your Application Studio regional settings.
