Editing cube properties
The Properties tab of a cube in the Edit database dashboard shows information and properties grouped under these headings:
- General
You can edit the caption, description, measure dimension, format dimension, and cache partition dimension of a cube.
- Statistics
- Security
You can enable and disable cube access control, multidimensional access control, relations access control, and the transaction log.
- Advanced
The Advanced section allows manual editing of the general and security properties. The syntax is the same as the part within
<Alea:Properties>of theCube PutPropertiesXML function.
To edit cube properties:
- Select .
- Select the cube to edit and click Properties.
