Options

Delete cells

Right-click a cell and select Delete cells. Click one of these options:
Option Description
Move cells left Deletes, and shifts to the left, the cells at the right of the selected area.
Move cells up Deletes, and shifts upwards, the cells underneath the selected area.
Entire row Deletes the content of a row.
Entire column Deletes the content of a column.

Delete object

Right-click the object and select Delete Object.

Note: The Delete Object command is enabled only if an object is selected.

Delete content

Right-click a cell and select Delete Content. Click one of these options.
Option Description
All The contents of the cell are deleted.
Contents Text, formulas and comments are deleted. Graphics and formats are not deleted.
Formats The formats that have been assigned to the cell are deleted.
Comments Any comments in the cell are deleted.
