You can change the context variables that are displayed on the left
side of the Employee Roster page.
Click the Home icon.
Select Module Settings and Budgeting > Data Entry > Employee Roster.
Select the configuration set.
Select version.
Select entity.
Select organization.
Select a year that you want to use for the Employee Roster page.
Click Set
Context.
If displayed data is not up to date because of budget
changes, then resolve the issue directly in the report by running recalculations
and allocations. Click Calculate to
update actions and click Run
Allocation to update the grid data.
