Adding phasing methods
A phasing method is a schedule for the distribution of a cost over time. For example, two teachers on the same step and grade are paid by different phasing methods. One is paid only in the months of the academic year. The other is paid lesser amounts, but over the full twelve months of the year.
To add a phasing method you specify up to twelve phasing weights. A phasing factor is calculated for each phasing weight. The phasing factor is multiplied by the cost to be distributed.
