Page and report icons
This table describes the toolbar buttons, icons, and options for pages and reports.

Open the | menu. This menu displays a variety of options which depend on the context in which the menu is displayed.|
On the Workflow Configuration page, the arrow icon is used to access configuration details of a selected workflow. |

On the Data Entry tab, use the details icon to access account details. |

On the Data Entry tab, use the details icon to access account details. A check mark indicates that at least one of the detailed tabs has some values specified. |

For decision packages and decision package top downs, you can change the data views between data entry, financial base, and financial summary. On the Data Entry tab, use the Data view icon and select the data level to display. |

Select default tabs. On the Tabs Configuration page, you can select default tabs. | |
Clear the default tab selection. The blue icon indicates that the tab is set as a default tab. |

Open the menu for the zero suppression options. The zero
suppression options are available on the Ad-Hoc tab. Zero suppression hides zero values which are returned by the combination of elements which you select. When you use zero suppression, any column or row that contains only zero values is hidden. If the column or row contains at least one non-zero value, the zero values in that column or row are still shown. |

Recalculate the report. | |
Add and access comments for an account. | |
Filter the Data Entry tab to show only rows with comments. | |

Open a list with a grid columns. You can select columns to view in the grid or remove columns from the grid view. | |
Open a menu with different options, for example, Show Hierarchy, Inverted Hierarchy or Show Only Active/Activated Accounts. | |
Account Number Shown | Select this check box to display the account number. |
Account Description Shown | Select this check box to display the account description. The account description is displayed by default. |
Show rows | Select 20, 50, or 100 as the number of rows to display. |
Page | Click the right and left arrows to scroll through pages. Or, specify a number in the box to go to that page |
