Highest Step report
You can use the Highest Step Report to identify positions and position assignments that are at the highest grade and step of your salary table.
To access the Highest Step Report, select and select the context.
The Highest Step Report shows all positions or position assignments at the highest step in the highest grade of the selected salary table. The report provides this information: employee, position, job, organization, grade, and step.
Click the Columns icon to select columns to be displayed in the grid. You can select an ID or name, or both for the selected business objects. You can select the name or the last name, or both for employees. Click the icon to remove all table filters or hide table filters.
Pay increases that are based on the progression rules are not applied to positions or position assignments at the highest step. Many labor contracts provide pay raises for employees who have reached the highest step in the salary table. In these cases, pay raises must be made manually.
To open the employee configuration page, select an employee with a position assignment at the highest step and click the
button. To open the position configuration page, select a vacant position and click the button.
