Importing Self-Service dashboards

You can import these dashboards for Self-Service, which provide you with additional features:

  • The Self-Service start page (unique name: sbi_Start) provides an entry point to Self-Service.
  • The Data Configuration dashboard (unique name: sbi_DataConfiguration) enables you to configure cubes and dimensions which can be available in Self-Service. It also indicates which cubes enable writeback and other settings.
  • The Chart Guide dashboard (unique name: sbi_ChartGuide) enables you to select the chart that is best suited to your data.

To get dashboard packages, file a support incident with Infor Customer Portal, or use the latest package attached to Knowledge Base Article 2105001.

Note: Before you import the Self-Service dashboards, your application must have a content connection to DEPMSESE.
  1. Sign in to the application as a user with the Edit permissions on dashboards.
  2. Click the Share icon and select Import Dashboards.
  3. Select the Self-Service <your version>.dashboards file to import.
  4. In the Dashboards step, select all the dashboards you want to import.
  5. In the Content Connections step, select the content connection that points to the Self-Service application (DEPMSESE).
  6. Click Finish.
