View your favorites

You have access to widgets that you configured, saved, and added to your favorites. A maximum of six of your favorites is displayed.

Click Manage All at the bottom of your Favorites section to view the entire list of your favorite widgets. You can view, open, edit, or remove widgets from your favorites.

You can edit report definitions of favorites using the text editor in the Edit Favorites dialog box. This functionality is available to users with the sbi_administrator role.

The text editor offers XML validation to prevent creating invalid report definitions. When the ID of a saved report is changed in XML definition, a new report is created. In case the report definition is changed, but the ID of a saved report remains the same, the initial report is overwritten. Changes in the report definition are not saved if a user tries to apply invalid XML definition.

When you make changes in the text editor, a warning about losing the initial report is displayed. The confirmation button is available only when you select a check box to accept changes in report definition.

You can debug, test, and transfer a report definition to another system.
