Managing applied formats and styles

  1. On the global toolbar select Format > Show Applied.
    Note: The Applied Formats and Styles dialog box contains style records with names and previews. Each style record shows the coordinates of all data grid elements to which the style is applied.
  2. You can perform these actions to manage applied styles:
    • You can sort applications grouped under a specific style. The sort order is from newest to oldest.
    • You can use data grid element coordinates to search for a specific element to which a specific style is applied.
    • You can remove all applied styles, or individual applied styles. To select multiple styles, press Ctrl and select the required styles.
    • Swap style. You can change a style of the selected group of style application coordinates.
  3. Click Close.
