Snapshots

Snapshots enable you to see changes in your company data over the several weeks or months. A snapshot is one or more images of a dashboard or report, taken at intervals, which can be viewed sequentially to show changes over time.

An image is added to a snapshot each time you click Create snapshot from the Share menu. Each snapshot is shown as a thumbnail on the Snapshots tab. If a snapshot contains multiple images, only one thumbnail is shown and the number of images in the snapshot is indicated.

To see a list of your snapshots, tap the Snapshots tab on the side menu. Thumbnails of the snapshots are displayed. The number of unread snapshots is indicated in a red badge on the tab. On this tab, unread snapshots are marked with a blue strip across the thumbnail. You can reorder snapshots in the list, remove snapshots, and view their properties.
