Displaying the preview

In View mode, when you long press a dashboard, report, widget copy, snapshot, or offline PDF, you can see a preview of the selected content. When you preview a folder, its properties are displayed.

  1. Tap the side Menu icon.
  2. Long press the name or the icon of an item on the side menu.
    The preview is displayed on the right side for as long as you press the selected item on the side menu.
  3. To show available options, swipe left while pressing on the side menu item.
    The preview is displayed with the available options on the right.
  4. Optionally, tap the selected item.
