Saving dashboard copies

To copy the currently open dashboard, you can use Save As and Save a Copy options. These options let you save your work as a dashboard with a different name. It might be especially useful to save, for example, different stages and keep multiple versions of your dashboard.

  1. Open the dashboard to copy.
  2. Tap the Actions menu.
  3. Select Save As or Save a Copy.
    Option Description
    Save As Opens a new copy of the dashboard and closes the original dashboard.
    Save a Copy Copies a dashboard but keeps the original dashboard open.
    The Save Dashboard dialog box is displayed.
  4. In the location section, browse to the target folder in which to save the copy.
  5. Tap an existing dashboard to replace it or tap Choose and specify a dashboard name and, optionally, a description.
  6. Tap Save.
