Managing stories

You use the Edit button on the side menu to manage stories.

  1. Tap the Stories tab on the side menu.
  2. Tap the Edit button. A story toolbar is shown with these options:
    • Read or unread: Marks a story as read or unread.
    • Properties: Shows properties of a story.
    • Permissions: Shows permissions of a story.
    • Archive: Archives a story and hides it from your list of stories. Other users still can see it on their lists.
    • Delete: Permanently deletes a story for every user from the repository.
  3. Select one or more stories and tap the required button in the toolbar.
    Note: Properties and Permissions are available only for the single selected story.
  4. Tap Done.
