Sharing dashboards

Sharing options can be shown on the toolbar when you click the Share icon. They can also be displayed on the Actions menu. This behavior is automatically handled by the Android system and depends on available space on a device.

You can use these sharing options:

E-Mail Link: You can email links to give the recipient access to a dashboard.
Android Beam: You can use the NFC technology to share content with other Android devices.
Share Screenshot: You can send a screenshot of a dashboard and annotate the screenshot before sending.
Save Widget Copy: If you open a widget full-screen, you can save it as a widget copy on your device.
Print: You can print a dashboard to a printer.
Save Offline View: You can save an offline view of a dashboard to work offline.
