Specifying the collapsing direction

You can save space on your dashboard and minimize a widget by specifying the collapsing direction.

  1. Tap the Edit icon on the application toolbar.
  2. Tap the Properties icon on the widget toolbar.
  3. Tap the Display tab.
  4. Tap Collapsing Direction and select one of the available directions: top, right, bottom, or left.
    By default, no collapsing is used.
    Note: Even if the widget header is not enabled for the widget, collapsed widgets show the expand button and the widget title. The widget title is written either vertically or horizontally depending on the collapsing direction.
  5. To disable collapsing for a widget, tap No Collapsing.
To enlarge other widgets, when collapsing a widget, ensure that the filling option of neighboring widgets is enabled.
