Opening dashboards

You can open a dashboard from the Dashboards tab, where dashboards are saved in folders and subfolders. Only one dashboard can be open at a time. Opening a dashboard closes the currently open dashboard or report.

Tap folders to access their content and subfolders. At each level of the folder structure, the name of the current folder is displayed. Tap the Back icon to return to the parent folder.

If other users have created dashboards while you have been logged on, swipe down in the list of dashboards to refresh it.

  1. Tap the side Menu button.
  2. On the side panel, tap Dashboards.
  3. Browse available dashboards.
    If a dashboard is currently open, its icon and name in the dashboard list are highlighted.
  4. Tap the dashboard.
When you open a dashboard that you opened previously, a cached version of its widgets is displayed when the dashboard is loading.
