Concurrent saving and editing

Dashboards can be edited by multiple users simultaneously. For example, a user might make and save changes to the content or properties of a dashboard, while you might edit the same dashboard on your mobile device.

In these cases, you are prompted that a newer version of the dashboard exists. When you save your changes, you can select one of these options:

• Save the dashboard under a different name.

  To save the dashboard under a different name, click Save New and specify a name for the dashboard and the location in which to save it.

• Overwrite the newer version with your version.

  To overwrite the dashboard, click Overwrite.
