Opening dashboards

You can open a dashboard from the Dashboards tab, where dashboards are saved in folders and subfolders. Only one dashboard can be open at a time. Opening a dashboard closes the currently open dashboard or report.

Click Refresh to make available dashboards that other users may have added while you have been signed in.

  1. On the side menu, expand Dashboards.
  2. Browse available dashboards.
    If a dashboard is currently open, its icon and name in the dashboard list are highlighted.
  3. Click the dashboard.
When you open a dashboard that you opened previously, a cached version of its widgets is displayed when the dashboard is loading.
