Publishing stories

When you publish a story, it becomes visible to your colleagues. You can save a story as a draft and publish it later or you can publish a story right away.
Note: After a story is published, you can edit it and save your changes.
  1. Open a draft story or create a story.
  2. Click the Actions menu or the File tab on the Mac menu bar.
  3. Click Publish.
