Managing permissions of a story

To manage the permissions of a story, you must publish it first.

  1. On the side menu, right-click the story.
  2. Select Permissions.
  3. To assign or withdraw permissions manually, select the role and switch permissions on or off.
    If you change a permission manually, the Restore Inheritance button is enabled.

    Optionally, click Restore Inheritance to restore the permissions from the dashboard catalog.

  4. Click Done.
