Sending screenshots

You can send both a screenshot and links to a dashboard by email. Optionally, you can annotate the screenshot with graphics and text before sending.

  1. Click the Share menu on the dashboard or click the File tab on the Mac menu bar.
  2. Select E-Mail Screenshot.
  3. Select one of the options:
    Option Description
    Send Now Send the screenshot without adding annotations.
    Annotate First Draw with your finger or add text comments.
  4. Send the screenshot.
