Configuring the consolidated financial statement

You can select accounts for the revenue, expenses, and profit, and define their captions for the chart that is displayed in the Consolidated Income Statement report. You can define the default level and the number of the accounting entities that are displayed in the data grid.

  1. Select Configuration and click the Consolidated Financial Statement tab.
  2. Specify this information:
    Entity
    Select an entity. Only entities to which your role has access and have been configured in Business Modeling are available.
    Perspective
    Select a perspective.
    Chart Account Structure
    Select a chart of the account structure
    Revenue
    Select one or multiple accounts for revenue and define a caption that is displayed in the chart for the Consolidated Income Statement report.
    Expenses
    Select one or multiple accounts for expenses and define a caption that is displayed in the chart for the Consolidated Income Statement report.
    Profit
    Select one or multiple accounts for the profit and define a caption that is displayed in the chart for the Consolidated Income Statement report.
