Configuring Financial Reporting

You can configure Financial Reporting as stand-alone or with other modules such as such as Budgeting & Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Workforce Budgeting. As a stand-alone module, Financial Reporting is automatically activated as part of the application.

Note: We recommend that you publish the model as the last step. After the model is published, the Budgeting & Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Workforce Budgeting modules can consume the data and settings.
  1. Select Business Modeling > Manage Model > Activate Modules and activate the Financial Reporting module.
Perform this step only if you configure Financial Reporting with other modules.
  2. Select Business Modeling > Manage Model > Business Objects Configuration and define required business objects such as an organization, cost center, and segments.
  3. Select Calendar Settings and define your time structure.
  4. Select Business Objects and import, upload, or define required structures for business objects.
  5. Select Statistics, KPIs and Drivers > Manage KPIs and load, upload or specify manually the KPIs and Account KPI Mappings.
  6. Ensure that all your settings are set up properly.
  7. Select Manage Model > Publish Model and publish your data model.
