Copying entity data

Entity accountants and group accountants can copy entity data from one context to another. The periods to which data is copied must be open.

  1. Select Data Transfer and Processes > Entity Data Transfer > Trial Balance > Data Copy.
  2. In the Source section, specify the configuration set, version, period, entity, and entry level from which to copy data.
    You can specify multiple periods, entities, and entry levels.
  3. In the Target section, specify the configuration set, version, period, and entity to which to copy data.
    You can specify multiple periods and entities.
  4. Click Copy Data.
