Historical rates check

On the Historical Rates Check page, you can view historical rates based on the context information.

Select Rates and Reconciliation > Historical Exchange Rates > Historical Rates Check and specify the context.

By default, the report is displayed with hidden maintained rates. To view maintained rates, select Rows > Hide maintained rates.

Entities and group accounts can be displayed in the ID - Name, ID, or Name format. If you select both the ID and Name options, then the ID and name of an entity or group account, or both are displayed in two separate columns. Select Columns > Show Columns > Entity or Columns > Show Columns > Group Account and select the required format.

Scaling applies only to balances. It is not used for currency rates. Click Data and select No Scaling, 1'000 Scaling, or 1'000'000 Scaling.

You can configure the decimal settings separately for balances and rates. Click Data and select Increase Decimals, Decrease Decimals, or Set Decimals... for balances or rates, or both.

You can export the report to PDF and Excel. Click Export and select the required option.
