Viewing a recurring journal list

You can view journals that were saved as recurring journals.

Note: Users with the group accountant role can view entity recurring journals or group recurring journals, or both. Users with the entity accountant role can view only entity recurring journals.

If you are an entity accountant, select Journal Management > Entity Journal Management > Recurring Journals > Entity Recurring Journal List.
If you are a group accountant, select Journal Management > Group Journal Management > Recurring Journals > Group Recurring Journal List.
If you are an entity accountant, specify a configuration set, version, one or multiple periods, and one or multiple entities.
If you are a group accountant, specify a configuration set, version, and period. Also specify an entity or group, or both to view the required types of journals. You can specify multiple periods, entities, and groups.

A table with a list of recurring journals is displayed. You can use the table header filters or additional filters to narrow down the displayed information.

Note: The journals on the Recurring Journal List page are only journal patterns that have been saved to the database. They are not yet posted.
