Automatic recognition

The At Equity consolidation process in Financial Consolidation affects the participation account of the parent entity that has an interest in an equity entity in these ways:

• The profit or loss of an equity entity is recognized.
• The dividend paid by an equity entity is recognized.

If additional adjustments are required, then the consolidation rule must be adjusted to fulfill the customized requirements accordingly.
