Customizing and extending applications

The extent to which applications can be customized and extended depends on whether an application is a custom application, a protected Infor application, or a restricted Infor application.

The type of application also restricts the features and functions that can be used in customized content.

Note: For security reasons, there are some features and functions that are used in certified Infor content but which are not allowed in customized content. If you copy Infor content that uses such restricted features, the copy does not work. You cannot use these features and functions in customized content:
  • Relational lists
  • Custom web extensions
  • DBEXECUTE
  • RDB
  • RWDB
  • HTML
