Concurrent saving and editing

Dashboards can be edited by multiple users simultaneously. For example, a Dashboards user might save changes to the content or properties of a dashboard while you edit the same dashboard on your mobile device.

In these cases, you are prompted that a newer version of the dashboard exists when you save your changes. You have these options:

• Overwrite the other user's version with your version
• Save the dashboard as a new dashboard

To overwrite the other user's version, click Overwrite.

To save the dashboard under a different name, click Save New and specify a name for the dashboard, and the location in which to save it.
