Entities
In the Infor EPM Budgeting & Planning application, entities are typically used to represent internal entity structures. Entities can be legal entities such as a company or a group, or non legal entities such a branch office or a shop.
Entities in Infor EPM Financial Consolidation represent legal entities only.
Non legal entities cannot be part of the entity setup and are not used in the financial consolidation scope.
The use of business data from the Entities business object is required in Budgeting & Planning, Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and Workforce Budgeting.
This table shows the properties of the Entities business object and uses these abbreviations:
- BP: Budgeting & Planning
