Creating a schedule detail

  1. Select Business Objects > Financial > Schedules.
  2. Select an option other than (All Schedules) from the list.
  3. Select Add > New Detail.
  4. Specify this information:
    Id
    Specify an ID for the detail.
    Name
    Specify a name for the detail.
    Detail of Schedule
    Optionally, select the schedules to which to add the detail.
    If you do not select any schedules here, you can assign schedules later, in the Detail of column of the grid. Alternatively, in the grid, select a specific schedule from the list and select Add > Detail to Schedule.
    Subtotal of
    Optionally, select a subtotal to which to add the detail
    Rate
    Select the rate for the detail.
    Basis
    Select the period basis of the detail.
    Group to Entity Detail
    Optionally, select another detail to link to.
