Formatting values

The default format for values is #,##0.00. You can use the Format String property to apply different formats to values in Self-Service and custom reports.

Select Business Objects > Accounts.
If Financial Consolidation is activated, the Format String property is available for group accounts.
Ensure that the Format String column is enabled.
1. Click Manage Properties.
2. On the Standard tab, select Format String and then click Close.
Select the account to format.
In the Format String column, specify the format to apply.
