Displaying multiple years on the Data Entry tab

You can display all years for the selected configuration set.

Note:  If you select to display multiple years, only the trend and multiple versions analysis are available. The total column, opening and closing balances are hidden and details are not available. The horizontal splashing is not supported, the values can be splashed vertically, from the aggregated account to its child elements.
To display multiple years, on the Data Entry tab, click the more icon and select Show Years.
Note: Forecast data entry workbooks do not include a column to filter the year, when there are multiple fiscal years in the configuration set. The data entry workbook shows all periods in one column, which displays a total for all periods within the defined forecast level.
