Decision packages
A decision package is a plan or budget for an initiative or project within an organization. A decision package can contain costs and revenues from non-related accounts, such as capital, operating, and workforce. The decision package is approved or rejected. Decision packages are only available for Budgeting & Planning.
If information is required from multiple organizations, then a separate decision package is required in respect of each organization.

.Decision packages are typically created by planners. A planner creates the package that is based on a predefined decision package workbook that is created by your administrator to meet your requirements.
Decision packages contain one or more stages. Each stage contains one or more steps. Optionally, each step can be flagged as Ranked. Ranking enables approvers to view and approve multiple decision packages within a single report. Typically, only decision packages that are considered particularly important are flagged as Ranked. Ranked decision packages are displayed in a separate group of the Tasks page of the responsible approver.
