Writeback options
These options are available for writing back values:
- Delete manual adjustments
- Undoes manual adjustments that were made to the default account data, which was derived from sub plans or prepopulated values. Imported values, and values from sub plans cannot be deleted.
- Phasing of values
- If your financials have regular, predictable variations, such as peaks in sales during each holiday season, you can select or create an allocation method that reflects those variations. Alternatively, you can select an account and allocate a value in the same proportions as the values that have been specified for it.
- Splasher
- You cannot write back a value directly to a consolidated account. A consolidated account is one in which the value is the sum of its child elements. But you can change a consolidated value by splashing values to the child elements.
- Attributes
- You can enable or disable a writeback on attributes and
dynamic attributes in a workbook.Note: You must be in the role.
