Copying values

If Show Analysis is selected in the configuration area of the workbook, you can copy values from one year and version to another.

For example, when you begin a budget plan for a year, you might begin by copying from the Budget 1 source version to Budget 2. The values are allocated to the current year in the proportions in which they were allocated in the previous year.

Click the > icon to copy the value from the cell to the left of the icon to the cell to the right.
