Splashing values

This brings the standard splashing functionality to the Ad-hoc tab.

1. Click a cell and select Splasher. You can select a cell in the year column or a month column.
2. Select one of these splashing methods and specify a value:
   • Overwrite: Replace the current value with a value that you specify.
   • Increase or Decrease value: Increase or decrease the current value by an amount that you specify.
   • Increase or Decrease % value: Increase or decrease the current value by a percentage that you specify.
3. Click OK.

Calculation on rows

This functionality enables you to copy values from lines:

• Copy values: Copy values from one line to another. Existing values are overwritten.
• Copy Add values: Copy values from one line to another. Existing values are added.
• Revalue values: Same as copy, but you can add a % value on top.
• Delete values: Delete the whole line.

Phasing

Similar to phasing in data entry, this functionality enables you to do an even or periodic spread for a selected line.

• Defined method: Select from predefined methods, such as equal or end-of-quarter spread.
• User defined method: Click Add Phasing Method to define your own method.
• Account method: Click the Account Phasing Method tab to spread the values based on a specific account.
