Configuring currency

Use the Currency Configuration page to:

• Associate a method set to a data version. The translation method assigned to the account in the method set is used for translation.
• Designate the currency version associated with a data version for currency. This version is used to hold currency exchange rates. The data version is automatically translated using the exchange rates held in the currency version.
• Activate currency exchange rate versions for currency analysis. Currency exchange rate versions are only available for applications that are based on Designer. These versions are used to create additional translations for the data. These currency exchange rate versions can be any of the default currency versions or special currency version that are used just for analysis.

The configuration set must be configured and selected before using this page.
