Copying a rolling forecast

You can create a rolling forecast that is based on an existing rolling forecast. You can modify the copy, with limitations.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Business Configuration > Configuration Set-specific Settings > Configuration Set Definition.
  3. Click a completed rolling forecast version and select Copy Rolling Forecast.
  4. Specify the name of the version in which to store the data.
  5. Change the forecast settings as required.
    With the exception of the time scope options, you can deselect options of the original forecast but you cannot select new options. On the Time Scope tab you can change a forecast level, change an end date, and change the number of periods of actual data.
  6. Click Finish.
