Copying comments, attachments, and line details

You can copy comments, attachments, and line details at the account level, from the source to target budget.

  1. Click Home.
  2. Select Application Configuration > Configuration Set-specific Settings > Data Transfer > Global Processes.
  3. Select transfer criteria for the source and the target.
  4. Select as required from these options:
    • Copy Comments
    • Copy Attachments
    • Copy Line Details
    Note: If you delete the attached file, then the link to this file is deleted as well. If you copy the attachment link to several financial step accounts, then only the reference to a file, but not the file is copied. When you delete the file, the copied attachment links to this file are not deleted. These copied links are not referring to any file.
  5. Click Initiate Transfer.
