Creating ROA and RWA formulas in the Edit OLAP Formula wizard

In Design Mode, click the cell in which to create the formula and then click Edit OLAP Formula on the Objects tool bar.

Select as the formula type.

Select the data connection to use.

Select the cube to use.

Select the hierarchy that contains the attribute to use.

Select the attribute to use.

Select the element for which the formula will return the attribute value.

To create an RWA formula, select Allow writeback of attributes.

Note: If you select one of the intrinsic attributes, Allow writeback of attributes is disabled.

Click OK.
