Right-click the Global Variables or Report Variables folder in the
Accessories pane and select
.
This option is also available if you right-click an individual
variable in Design mode.

Select a variable in the left pane to see the current value of the
variable for each user and role.
If the value is <Inherited> the user will see the default
value of the variable.

Double-click the current value of a variable and specify the
required value. Press Enter.
To return the value of a variable to <Inherited>, click the
current value and press Delete.
