Using actions to jump to other reports
Here, actions are used to create a shortcut menu of hyperlinks for navigating between reports.
- Select a cell near the top of the worksheet and specify Click Me.
 - 
            Right-click the cell and select 
			 Define
				Action. 
		  
            The Define Action dialog opens.
 - From the Mode list in the Actions section, select Shortcut menu on left-click.
 - 
            Specify 
			 
=TRUEas the condition and Jump as the type. - 
            In the Inputs section of the dialog, select the report to jump as
			 the value of the Target Report. 
		  
            The value of the Command Text is Report Name.
 - In the Actions section, double-click <New Action>.
 - Specify Shortcut menu on left-click as the mode of the new action.
 - In the Inputs section, set the Target Report to a second report.
 - In the same way, add a third jump with a third report as the target.
 - In Design Mode, save the report.
 - In View Mode, click ’Click Me’ to drop-down the list of earlier reports. Click a report name to go to that report. Use the Previous button in the toolbar to return to the previous report or select it in the Report Catalog.
