Starts the Select Process dialog when you are connected to an
application database of the farm. The dialog shows a list of
processes that are stored in the application database and that you
can edit. You can filter the processes by category and search for a
special process name. Clear the Show only latest process version
check box, to show all process versions that have been published. The Select Process dialog also displays names of the applications that the processes are part of, and indicates whether processes are protected. If a process is protected, you cannot publish a new version of it. Protected processes can only be updated in EPM Administration at the time when you update the application. |

Publishes the current process. The process is stored in the application database of the connected farm. When you publish a process, its version number is automatically incremented by one, if the process already exists. If you select the check box Publish with overwrite (removes all older versions), all old process versions are removed and the process is published with version number 1. | |
Starts a dialog in which you navigate to the storage location of a process package. Select the process package with file type *.app_processes and click to start the import in the application database of the connected farm. A message displays that the processes were successfully imported. Click to see the list of processes that have been imported and further details. | |

In the Browse For Folder dialog, navigate to the folder where the single process files of type *.bs are stored and click . Each existing process file is imported to the application database. If the process files already exist in the application database, the files are imported with a new version number. | |
