Registering security users and roles

  1. Select Dashboards > User and Permission Management > Users, Groups and Roles.
  2. In the Users section, click Add and select Register Infor Federation Services Users and User Groups.
    Note: In Infor EPM, IFS roles are used as user groups.
  3. In the Register Infor Federation Services Users and User Groups dialog box, select the users and user groups to add and click the Include icon.
    Caution: 
    Deleting any user has these consequences:
    • All information relating to the user is deleted.

      This includes, for example, their favorites in Self-Service.

    • The model must be republished in Business Modeling.
  4. Click OK.
